Portrait of Silvia Volpe
Online since 2009

Digital marketer with 6+ years across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, for premium, luxury and consumer brands, plus B2B. Strategy, content, paid media, SEO and email, with measurable results.

At 13 I was making bead bracelets and scoubidou, reading everything I could find and building celebrity fansites on fan-club.it. I taught myself HTML and CSS and learned SEO in practice, long before I knew the term. I still work the same way: by hand, with patience, and nothing leaves my desk that I wouldn’t wear myself.

Beauty and fragrance are a personal passion, and they shape how I judge a brand: what it says matters, and so does how it makes people feel.

  • Clear from day one. A plain-language report and the reasons behind every choice. Nothing goes live without my review.
  • Numbers you can check. Your own accounts, cost per lead and what to do next, with no vanity metrics.
  • One person, start to finish. You talk to me, not to an account manager.

Let's work together

How I work.

  1. 01

    Audit

I look at your current digital presence: what works, what doesn't and where the gaps are.

  2. 02

    Plan on a timeline

Strategy tied to deadlines, with clear priorities and realistic milestones.

  3. 03

    Execute & test

I launch, test and adjust. I don't only publish, I check what actually moves the numbers.

  4. 04

    Monthly report

A monthly report with KPIs, what I learned and the next steps, without vanity metrics.

Remote-first, occasionally on site in Milan when a project needs it.

Common questions.

How do we start, and what do I need to provide?

We begin with a 30-minute call about your goals, budget and current channels. Then I ask for read-only access to the accounts you use (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, CRM, social) and your brand guidelines. Within about a week I send a short audit with priorities and a plan.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Week 1: access and audit. Week 2: priorities and a plan with clear milestones, agreed with you. Weeks 3 and 4: the first fixes go live, such as tracking, account structure and key pages, so you see progress before the bigger work begins.

When will I see results?

It depends on the channel. Paid media gives first signals in 2 to 4 weeks, then improves with testing. Email shows results from the first sends. SEO is slower: expect 3 to 6 months. I tell you upfront what is realistic in your case.

How do we work together, and how do you report?

Remote-first, occasionally on site in Milan when a project needs it, with a shared channel for day-to-day questions, a short weekly update and a monthly report in plain language: leads, cost per lead and what to do next. I'm based in Milan, so working sessions and content shoots there are easy to arrange. I work in English and Italian, with brands wherever they’re based.

Which sectors do you work in?

Fashion, beauty and lifestyle, for premium, luxury and consumer brands: the sectors I want to grow in. I also have B2B experience.

Do you take on projects, ongoing work or full-time roles?

All three. Typical set-ups are a one-off audit and set-up, or an ongoing monthly collaboration. I'm also open to senior or head of digital roles.

Do you work with clients outside Italy?

Yes. I work with brands wherever they’re based, online and in English or Italian: international brands entering or growing in Italy, and Italian brands based in the UK, Europe, the US and beyond. Calls are scheduled around your time zone.

Do you also work with brands across Italy?

Yes. I work with brands and hotels in Milan and across Italy: SEO, Google Business Profile, Google and Meta Ads, email and content. Remote-first, occasionally on site in Milan when a project needs it.
