Who is responsible

What data and why

  • Newsletter and free gift: your email address, plus the date and time of your consent. I use it only to send you the Mixtape newsletter, the welcome emails and the gift (the influencer brief template).
  • Emails you send me: your email address and the content of your message, to reply to you.
  • Visiting the site: technical data such as your IP address, processed by the hosting provider to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

Legal basis

  • Newsletter and gift: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Replies to your messages: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Site delivery and security: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Who processes the data

  • Brevo (email service provider, acting as data processor): stores newsletter data and sends the emails. It may also record whether emails are opened and links are clicked.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the website.
  • Google Fonts: the site loads some fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, based on the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long data is kept

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. I do not make decisions about you by automated means, and I do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw your consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link) and to object to processing. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It saves one technical setting in your browser, so the gift pop-up does not reappear after you close it. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
